oops

I missed the WeWriWa deadline this week.  Today was apparently not Friday.  Check out their blog for a talented and eclectic array of authors sharing their snippets.  I usually do, but it’s been a rough week.  Everyone is good, but tired.

So, here’s some musical insight into The Wildblood series.  I’ve post soundtracks for each of the books.  This is for Bloodlines.

There’s a running theme for each book, and the series.  Writer’s block – MP3 player.  Kids arguing?  MP3 player.  (PS – they are adults, I don’t have to get involved in it.)  Power out?  You guessed it, MP3 player.

The Wildblood Series

Twenty years after civilization stopped, a tiny refuge, a place called The Vista, may be one of the last vestiges of humanity. Isolated, guarded, and hiding a dark secret, the people have survived World War Last, and they are content with that. Their children, however, are not. The search for others will send them out into a land they know nothing about, where the line between enemy and ally is blurred.

Before Team Three, there was The Blackout.
Backlash, prequel to The Wildblood

The Vista: Book 1 of The Wildblood
What would you do, to protect your home?

Renegades: Book 2 of The Wildblood
Uncontrollable. Unpredictable. Dangerous. The Wildblood.

Now, Team Three know what they are.

Bloodlines: Book 3 of The Wildblood
Loyalty has its price. So does revenge. Someone has to pay.

  1. I can relate. Thursday afternoon my wife said “Don’t you have physical therapy now (for a torn rotator cuff)?” I answered, “No, that’s on Thursday and today’s Wednesday.” Except it wasn’t. Sigh.
